At Motorcycle Essentials, we stand behind the quality of our motorcycle clothing and parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
• Motorcycle clothing must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage
• Parts must not have been installed, fitted, or used
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
• Special order or custom-made parts
• Electrical components once installed
• Used, installed, or damaged parts
• Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at: mce.returns@gmail.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
4. Securely package the item and send it to the address provided.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service or with correct postage amount to insure item is insured.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes (where available). If you need a different size:
• Follow the return process above.
• Place a new order for the replacement item to ensure availability.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide photos showing the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.
8. Incorrect Items
If we sent you the wrong item:
• Notify us within 7 days.
• We will arrange return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost.
9. Warranty
Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the specific manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
