It also means that it will wick away heat when things get too hot. Very much a touring trouser that have the CE approved protectors in the hip and the knee, exactly where you want it. The leg can be adjusted to fit over a boot and prevent excess material flapping about with the Velcro. The hem has leather reinforcements to aid durability
