The initial range includes three styles each available in striking color and graphic combinations, exclusively created in collaboration with the renowned Italian creative studio, Franzan Design. This partnership ensures a unique and stylish appearance that sets this range apart.

Merlin Revival Vintage Full Face Helmet

Stay ahead of the curve with the ECE 22.06-certified Merlin Revival full-face helmet, available in a range of striking graphics as well as classic matte black. Blending sports heritage style with modern protection, the Revival is crafted from lightweight fibreglass in an intermediate oval shape for a comfortable, secure fit. Its multi-layered fibreglass shell is bonded with military-grade resin, offering an ideal balance of durability and lightness.

For a secure fit, the Revival fastens with a traditional double D-ring buckle, integrated into a premium leather and Amara liner that can be removed for washing. The UV-resistant visor features Pinlock® pins, and an OptiClear® anti-fog insert is included for all-weather clarity.

Designed with rider comfort in mind, the liner accommodates sunglasses without pressure on the temples, while built-in recesses allow for intercom earphones. Merlin-branded visor buttons, ventilation points, and EPS channeling enhance airflow and overall performance.

Each graphic design is the result of a unique collaboration between the Merlin UK team and Franzan Design in Italy—renowned for crafting decals for the world’s leading motorcycle helmet brands for over 15 years.
